GOOD UNIVERSITY GOVERNANCE, REPUTATION RISK, AND PUBLIC ACCOUNTABILITY PRIVATE UNIVERSITIES (PTS)

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect good university governance and reputation risk management on public accountability private universities, especially Halmahera University. two things above, namely practice are interrelated must be accounted for gain trust strengthen legitimacy from as a high quality, highly competitive, have an impact progress society. This used quantitative approach, data were analyzed using SPSS version 26 program 98 samples permanent lecturers at University through questionnaire that had passed validity reliability test. analysis aimed examine accountability, against reputational by path method. results show Good Governance has significant negative Public Accountability, Reputation Risk positive Risk.
